STOP RUNNING...

God calls us everyday whether it's to obey a command he spoken either through his word or through a vessel he uses;however so many times we harden our hearts against his word. I am an example of this below the poem "Stop Running" shows how I did, as christians or even as non-christians we can be running from God. Maybe God wants you to be a preacher? a singer? a dancer? a witness? etc whatever the calling God has placed upon your life allow him to use you and stop running. If you are not saved ask the Lord into your heart,That thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9). Don't wait whether your saved or not maybe you haven't fully surrender your will and ways to God he says stop running....

My child why do you run from me?
When I’ve called you to do the things I’ve destined for you
It is not my will
For you to be stagnant and still but to fulfill

You have been called that is the truth
That has been instilled in you
Without me you won’t be complete!
My word, my way is all you need to seek

You try so hard to push me away
Leaving your spirit and mind bemused and in dismay
It doesn’t have to be this way
My child give your life back to me this day!

I have destined you before time
You are not of this world but are mine
Each time I called your name
You’ve harden your heart
My child this isn’t a game!

Abide in me and I in you
That whatsoever you asked of me that I will do
I will continue knocking
Until my child you stop running!
